Course Information :
The course will be lead by Sensei Quentin Cooke and will focus on Aikido as an `Art of Peace. The course is to celebrate International Aiki Peace Week, an initiative inspired by Aiki Extensions, the international group with charitable statsus based in the USA, which seeks to take aikido of the mat and into the world at large and to use it as a tool to improve the lives of people in difficult circumstances.
