    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.bab.org.uk/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=57">Quentin Cooke</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 42<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 01&nbsp;Oct&nbsp;2008 at 4:46pm<br /><br /><P>I thought the course was a big success and it seems to me that it is building a momentum as a date not to be missed in the annual aikido calendar.&nbsp; It also proves that we can not only work together, but can genuinely benefit from doing so.&nbsp; I, in particular, did, as I had my axe to grind with regard to promoting Aiki Extensions and was delighted when Brian Stockwell was kind enough to support it with the sale of the kubotan.&nbsp; By the way, if you are reading this yet, have you visited <a href="http://www.aiki-extensi&#111;ns.org/" target="_blank">http://www.aiki-extensions.org/</A>&nbsp;and <a href="http://www.aiki-extensi&#111;ns.org/" target="_blank">http://www.aiki-extensions.org/</A></P><DIV>As stated by Sue and Steve,&nbsp;I thought the organisation was superb and the whole event ran like clockwork.&nbsp; So big thanks to Shirley, Keith and the stewards.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>I think that it makes a lot of sense to stick with Bisham Abbey as the venue in the future.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>The&nbsp; only change I would like to see is at least a 10 minute break (preferably 15), between each session.&nbsp; People need to be able to get a drink and go to the loo without feeling they need to leave the mat and miss some of the session.&nbsp; I also think people just need a break physically and mentally.&nbsp; </DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Hope to see you all again soon.&nbsp; </DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Quentin Cooke</DIV><DIV>Aikido for Daily Life</DIV><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Webmaster - 16&nbsp;Oct&nbsp;2008 at 2:05pm</span>]]>
