I have however studied this subject a great deal and have developed, from various sources, numerous techiniques to aid the practice of safe, comfortable ukemi training. <br><br>This course is suitable for absolutely EVERYONE from the total beginner to seasoned instructor.<br><br>For the novice I will demonstrate various training techinques that will build confidence in a safe and secure method for basic forward rolls right up to the high fast rolls we all love.<br><br>For those more experienced and Instructors I will explain in more detail the exercises and what common errors to be on the look out for and the best ways to correct them.<br><br>I have run this course several times in the past at association level and have lots af great feedback. <br><br>For further information PM me or checkout my page here<br>www.facebook.com/AndysStyleAikido<br><br>Andy<br>]]>
