Hey all young people out there who do Aikido!!!

I've been thinking that the adults classes get to have seminars, but young people have never really had a proper event like this. Would anyone else be interested if it was possible ??? Also if it was possible, how far do you think your parents would be prepared to travel to get to an event?

Please post your thoughts!  %3cink

i think it would be a gd idea to get clubs to communicate

a seminar would be nice even on just a local scale eg. devon clubs

it would be a gd chance to meet other ppl that do aikido%3ctar

problem is that it may be difficult to get a big enough venue
and it may cost quite a bit to rent a venue for a day?

still brill idea i would like to see it happen%3cO%3c

Hi

A childrens course would be a really nice idea, but devon is a long way from london, I suppose you are from there as you mentioned devon clubs. how about something in London. If you look on the BAB Club search there seems to loads of clubs with young people and children.

Who would help us sort this out. Help Please from club instructors.
Adam

Hey Ad

Well for us down here, travelling to London for a event would be too far, are parents wouldn't take us all just for one day. Maybe there should be a few events in different areas too see how it works. However the instructors would need to know how many young people would be interested first.

Maybe if you asked a friend who trainned with you what they think, and maybe asked them to reply on here, we could get a better idea of how many would be interested.
