   Hi Ann

1. The cost of a TMG CRB check rose relatively recently (I did send an email to all CPOs re this). I think you will find that TMG are being quite flexible during the crossover period - but if you have any problems let me know.

2. There hasn't yet been any decision on when checks will be renewed. We are still wating for details of the ISA process, rules and regs. The decision on when the BAB we require new checks is on the list of things we will be talking to Barbara Barrett about (our new external and independent Safeguarding Officer)

3. Assuming that the role being undertaken is the same or similar then it is intended that BAB CRB checks should be portable within the BAB membership. This has only happened once so far (that I am aware of) but we do need to look at the processes and procedures which underpin this. The BAB CRB processes are being looked at by Barbara - so watch this space.

	1. When did the cost for the TMGCRB check increase from �12.50 to �15.00? 2. Has there been confirmation yet as to how often a CRB check will have to be renewed - is it 3 years ? 3. Is the CRB check only linked to the specific Association making the application, or generally to the BAB so that if an instructor changes associations their CRB check goes with them?
