	In order to encourage the youngsters who enjoy aikido to participate in the forums and actively use the website. .... Why can't we have both a young members sections where they can post their Aikido photographs and a forum which is perhaps overseen by a small collective of young members. That way we would as an organisation be allowing our young members freedom of expression amongst their peers to discuss their aikido and the more mature members could learn about what the grass roots / next generation want to see happen in their sport / art form.
