   For those who are interested and those who've requested this course. 

I am running a Seminar dedicated to the practicing and teaching techniques of Ukemi. 

I know we can all fall and roll. I have however studied this subject a great deal and have developed, from various sources, numerous techiniques to aid the practice of safe, comfortable ukemi training. 

This course is suitable for absolutely EVERYONE from the total beginner to seasoned instructor.

For the novice I will demonstrate various training techinques that will build confidence in a safe and secure method for basic forward rolls right up to the high fast rolls we all love.

For those more experienced and Instructors I will explain in more detail the exercises and what common errors to be on the look out for and the best ways to correct them.

I have run this course several times in the past at association level and have lots af great feedback.
