Hi All
I updated Quetin's post today upon his request to say that it was Brian Stockwell that gave the proceeds from the Kubotan's to Aiki Extensions not Steve Billett ( Although I am sure he, Being me , would done the same)

Also note over the next few days we will be updating the Aiki Extension pages. so take a look in a few days.

I thought the course was a big success and it seems to me that it is building a momentum as a date not to be missed in the annual aikido calendar.  It also proves that we can not only work together, but can genuinely benefit from doing so.  I, in particular, did, as I had my axe to grind with regard to promoting Aiki Extensions and was delighted when Brian Stockwell was kind enough to support it with the sale of the kubotan.  By the way, if you are reading this yet, have you visited http://www.aiki-extensions.org/ and http://www.aiki-extensions.org/

As stated by Sue and Steve, I thought the organisation was superb and the whole event ran like clockwork.  So big thanks to Shirley, Keith and the stewards.

I think that it makes a lot of sense to stick with Bisham Abbey as the venue in the future.

The  only change I would like to see is at least a 10 minute break (preferably 15), between each session.  People need to be able to get a drink and go to the loo without feeling they need to leave the mat and miss some of the session.  I also think people just need a break physically and mentally.

Hope to see you all again soon.
