Updated club list icon fix & instructor order

   Hi All
Bob Salloway of the Kai Shin Kai noticed the Icons on the club list were not displaying correctly for new coaches, This has now been fixed, Also I have fixed the order that the instructors display in so the highest grades are first and in alpha order.
I hope your happy now Bob as it 1:24 in the morning.....
