The link will take you to the GBG Online Disclosures web site. Prior to connecting please contacted your association CPO or CWO, they will give you access details to allow you to complete your DBS online. Information guides are available on the GBG website should you need any assistance in completing your DBS application.

NB You will not be able to log in unless you have been registered by your Association as an applicant (in which case you will receive a registration email) OR been set up by GBG as an ID verifier. In order to log in for a DBS check you must contact your Association CPO or Club Welfare Officer

To apply for a DBS check Individuals should apply via their Club Welfare Officer or Association CPO.
